All goods shipped by the best and most secure method for your price range. This will usually be via Royal Mail, but I will use a courier whenever possible. Large orders, especially international orders may require a signature.

 

Delivery

We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, normally by the next working day.UK customers should receive their orders, on average, within 2-4 days of dispatch. Orders over £100 will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery.

 

Back Orders

On the rare occasion that your order is not in stock, your order will be placed on “Back Order”. This means that your order will be held until the required item(s) are in stock again.

This should take no longer than 3 days.

 

Tax Charges

Immortal Miniatures is not VAT registered, so tax is not charged on my products.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All card transactions are verified by Paypal

 

Privacy Policy

Immortal Miniatures will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties.

 

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel an order up to the point that it is shipped and receive a full refund without giving reason for your cancellation. You may return goods within 7 days of receipt, un assembled and unpainted in their original condition for a full refund.

 

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

 

Remittance Terms

Payment can be made online using Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal. You may also pay by UK cheque or Postal Order, but these must clear before shipping (usually allow an extra 7 days).

 

Contract Status

Contracts between you and Immortal Miniaturess shall be governed by English Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
